And now, DeSantis has made a bold election announcement that has Americans shocked.
When Ron DeSantis dropped out of the presidential race earlier this year, many people were not too surprised. Even though he is a key figure, DeSantis did not have the support that Trump had.
And even though DeSantis endorsed Trump when he dropped out, Americans across the nation did not know what the outcome of that would be.
Well now, during a private weekend meeting, Ron DeSantis informed donors about his intention to raise money for Trump.
The majority of bundlers present at the gathering said they would follow the lead of DeSantis.
NBC News was informed by sources close to the matter that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis told funders and supporters last weekend at a private retreat that he intended to help raise money for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
An advisor to DeSantis told NBC, “He did say it in front of a group of people at the Hard Rock.”
This happened on Saturday during a party at the Hard Rock Casino and Resort, which is close to Miami.
The advisor emphasized that Ron DeSantis pledged to support Republicans at all levels, including the presidency when he dropped his presidential run.
Texas businessman Roy Bailey, a former co-chair of DeSantis’ national finance advisory group, said in an interview on Wednesday that he planned to help Trump raise money, just as he did in 2020.
“I will follow the governor’s lead and I will do anything that he or President Trump ask me to do to help him win this election. I know where there are DeSantis supporters all over Texas and all over the country that will want to help President Trump. So that’s what I’ll try to make happen,” he said.
In January, when DeSantis dropped out of the race, he endorsed Trump saying, “[Trump] has my endorsement because we can’t go back to the old Republican guard of yesteryear, a repackaged form or warmed-over corporatism that Nikki Haley represents.”
And while the endorsement was sincere, many people wondered just how DeSantis would decide to help Trump take back the White House.
Well, now America has its answer, and true American patriots across the country are celebrating this monumental win.
The Left cannot be defeated unless we all join together. While Trump and DeSantis have had their differences, both understand that Joe Biden and the Radical Left is the real target.
The Radical Left hates America and they will stop at nothing until everything this nation stands for is destroyed.
Trump, on the other hand, has proven repeatedly that his priorities are not with any sort of Radical Agenda, but instead, he tries to put America first.
This is the kind of leadership that our great nation so desperately needs.
