Trump admin’s massive investigation into George Soros turns up shocking reality

Soros and his family have funded Democrat campaigns and initiative for years. Now he’s coming under fire.

And the Trump admin’s massive investigation into George Soros turns up a shocking reality.

House Republicans are ramping up their scrutiny of George Soros’ influence over local media, with a fresh update on the Trump administration’s investigation into the Left-wing billionaire’s growing control of radio stations across America.

The Republican Study Committee (RSC), a powerful 175-member caucus led by Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX), is set to host FCC Chairman Brendan Carr at its closed-door luncheon on Wednesday.

According to a source familiar with the planning, Carr will brief GOP lawmakers on the Federal Communications Commission’s probe into Soros’ media dealings — particularly focusing on an investment firm linked to Soros purchasing over 200 Audacy radio stations nationwide.

The meeting won’t stop there. Carr and House Republicans will also discuss strategies to combat what they see as media bias against conservatives, furthering the Trump administration’s agenda of holding Left-wing media empires accountable.

The RSC, known as the largest bloc within the House GOP, serves as an influential policy engine driving conservative priorities.

It has also become a key meeting point for top Trump administration officials eager to coordinate with Congress on the president’s bold, America-first agenda.

Just last month, Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller addressed the group on Trump’s aggressive immigration policies and forthcoming executive actions.

In early February, the RSC welcomed Energy Secretary Chris Wright to discuss the administration’s plans to unleash American energy dominance.

At the center of this latest inquiry is the Soros Investment Fund, which quietly became the largest stakeholder in Audacy, a major player in local radio, after the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the final days of the Biden administration.

The fund acquired 40% of Audacy’s debts, giving Soros-linked interests substantial influence over hundreds of radio stations that reach millions of listeners.

The move sparked fierce backlash from Republican lawmakers. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) and Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) were among the first to demand intense scrutiny of the deal, warning of Left-wing propaganda infiltrating local airwaves.

FCC Chairman Carr has made it clear that Soros’ media grab is on his radar. In a November interview on Fox Business’ Mornings with Maria, Carr signaled his willingness to take action.

“There’s a petition for reconsideration pending at the FCC right now. And I want to take a very hard look at that,” Carr said, hinting at a potential reversal of Soros’ radio empire consolidation.

The Trump administration’s get-tough approach is part of an effort to dismantle the influence of Leftist billionaires who use their financial power to manipulate public discourse.

As Republicans continue their investigation, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

With Soros-backed entities embedding themselves in critical communication networks, the battle over free speech and media fairness is heating up — and the Trump administration is making it clear that conservatives won’t back down.
