Many people have been critical of the recent proceedings in Georgia. To conservatives, it’s an obvious witch hunt against Donald Trump and his allies.
Now Rudy Giuliani unleashed on Trump’s Georgia prosecutors.
Rudy Giuliani is among 19 individuals who were recently indicted in a Georgia court.
The charges include a racketeering statute that has past ties to Giuliani.
Rudy Giuliani made his name in the 1980s, especially for locking up crime bosses and members of the mafia.
More specifically, Rudy used the Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organization laws (also known as RICO) to put away feared crime lords.
In reference to the statute, Rudy claims “there’s probably no one that knows it better than I do.”
He has slammed the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as an “incompetent, sloppy prosecutor.”
The former New York Mayor says that if DA Willis worked for him, he “would’ve fired her” due to her lack of knowledge and understanding regarding the recent indictment.
While some may disagree with Mr. Giuliani, it is hard to deny that he knows this statute inside and out.
“I was the first one to use it in white-collar cases,” says Rudy. “This is not meant for election disputes. I mean this is ridiculous what she’s doing.”
Giuliani and Trump have denied all wrongdoing in the case.
And Rudy has blasted the charges and claimed they are “an affront to American Democracy.”
While many Americans do not know where to fall on the indictments, these recent proceedings have raised many eyebrows.
Rudy Giuliani is firm in his belief that these are all just a “book of lies with the purpose of framing President Donald Trump.”
“They lied about Russian collusion, they lied about Joe Biden’s foreign bribery scheme, and they lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive proving 30 years of criminal activity.”
While many still question whether or not Trump is guilty or not, at the very least everyone should be able to agree that the Democrat’s handling of recent events has been a farce.
They have been caught in countless lies and continue to deny hard evidence that shows wrongdoing on countless fronts.
While we must take what Rudy says with a grain of salt as he has also been indicted, it is hard to forget his past as a fearsome lawyer dedicated to seeing justice brought to criminals.
He knows the law, and he knows these statutes better than most.
