Walz failed as a candidate. Now he’s failing a decent human being.
And Tim Walz is being thrown into court for a truly shameful reason.
Minnesota Democrat Governor and failed vice-presidential hopeful Tim Walz went on an unhinged rant on MSNBC, falsely claiming that Elon Musk gave a N-zi salute after President Trump’s inauguration.
The outrageous smear quickly backfired, with calls on Musk’s platform, X, urging him to take legal action against Walz.
And Musk appears ready to do just that.
During his appearance with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday night, Walz unleashed a tirade against Republicans, absurdly accusing them of wanting to “destroy the federal government.”
But he didn’t stop there—he also attacked Musk, declaring, “We spent three days debating, having them try to debate if President (sic) Musk gave a N-zi salute. Of course, he did.”

The baseless accusation sparked immediate backlash.
Conservative commentator Robby Starbuck called out Walz’s smear on X, posting, “Creepy Tim Walz says ‘of course Elon did a N-zi salute.’ I hope Elon sues him for all he’s worth.”
Musk wasted no time in responding. “I think I will. Tim Walz is a creepy 🤡,” he fired back.
Smearing conservatives as N-zis is nothing new for Walz.
Just last October, he outrageously compared a Trump rally at Madison Square Garden to a N-zi gathering from the 1930s.
“Donald Trump’s got this big rally going at Madison Square Garden,” Walz said at an event in Henderson, Nevada.
“There’s a direct parallel to a big rally that happened in the mid-1930s at Madison Square Garden. And don’t think that he doesn’t know for one second exactly what they’re doing there.”
Walz was apparently referring to a 1939 event organized by the pro-Hitler German American Bund, which drew over 20,000 attendees.
Ironically, while he was making his inflammatory remarks, the Democratic National Committee was busy projecting digital messages onto Madison Square Garden, falsely claiming, “Trump praised Hitler.”
If Musk follows through on his lawsuit, it could spell financial disaster for Walz.
According to CBS News, Walz’s net worth is estimated between $117,000 and $330,000, with most of his assets tied up in a retirement account.
The Wall Street Journal estimated his federal pension could be worth up to $800,000—but even that might not be enough to weather a defamation lawsuit from one of the world’s richest men.
