The current Supreme Court has handed down some major rulings recently. But not everything is as it appears.

Because the Supreme Court is now falling apart at the seams after this report hit the public.

Earlier this year before the end of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022-2023 session, the Highest Court in the land handed down a ruling that effectively outlawed Affirmative Action.

U.S. institutions can no longer use race as a factor in admissions after the ruling by the Supreme Court. The conservative six-justice supermajority’s decision to strike down admissions policies at Harvard and the University of North Carolina was divided along ideological lines.

This ruling overturns years of precedent supported by Republican-appointed majorities on the Supreme Court. It eliminates the option for schools, both public and private, to take racial makeup into account alongside other criteria when selecting students for admission.

This was obviously a huge loss for the radical Left, who want to continue to be the true racists and consider someone’s skin color when taking an application into account.

But, while the ruling has already brought major changes, certain public institutions are trying to skirt the law as the Supreme Court interprets it.

A school in Virginia, Thomas Jefferson High School, changed their rules of admissions back in 2020 that made it much more difficult for Asian Americans to get accepted into the school because of their skin color.

Of course, that should now be illegal according to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on Affirmative Action, but the school is not changing anything.

The new admissions policies include completely ridding the school of standardized entry tests, a major carving out of any sort of meritocracy.

The school was brought to court and the Federal District Court in Alexandria initially ruled that the new rules were “racially motivated” and were implemented to bring about “racial balancing.”

In May, though, the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Fourth Circuit overturned the Federal District Court of Alexandria, saying that the new admissions policies were acceptable and constitutional.

This was all before the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in June that ruled that any consideration of race for admissions to public institutions is now unconstitutional.

Now, a legal organization called The Pacific Legal Foundation, is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reconsider this lower court ruling.

The court document reads “The longer this question is not resolved… the more incentive school districts (and now universities) will have to develop workarounds that enable them to racially discriminate without using racial classifications.”

The court filing goes on to say that the new admissions policies of the high school are specifically designed to get the “same results as overt racial discrimination.”

It’s interesting how the radical Left has reacted in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling that racial bias being used in school admissions is unconstitutional.

The Democrats claim to be the Party of inclusion and anti-racism, and yet they are losing their minds about the fact that they won’t be able to discriminate against certain groups like Asian Americans.

And now it appears they are going so far as to defy a direct order from the U.S. Supreme Court.

Make no mistake about it, this is an attack on the legitimacy of the U.S. Supreme Court, and unless the Court will not be able to withstand these attacks alone.

The legal system of the United States, of which the Supreme Court is the head, will tear in two if these defiances continue.

The fight for America is well underway. And things are getting much worse than anyone expected.

And now Biden has betrayed America with one shocking move.

Things have been very bleak in recent weeks as many border states and sanctuary cities are declaring emergencies over the Biden border crisis.

Biden has done an excellent job of overwhelming cities and states with immigrants in many cases illegally.

He has not set up any infrastructure or funding to help with this massive influx of hundreds of thousands of new migrants.

It is no secret that the border wall construction stopped when Biden took office, but many have assumed that given the growing emergencies in recent days, Biden would step up to help with the border crisis.

Instead, Biden is doing the exact opposite.

The White House has begun to auction off the unused sections of the border wall instead of using or storing them.

Instead of securing the border, President Biden is auctioning off taxpayer-funded wall materials for pennies on the dollar.

Senator Joni Ernst is co-sponsoring a bill called the “Finish It Act.”

Senator Roger Wicker said that the “sale is a wasteful and ludicrous decision by the Biden administration that only serves as further proof that they have no shame.”

Senator Tom Cotton who is also co-sponsoring the bill claims that “leaving the border open to terrorists while selling border security materials at a loss is Bidenomics in a nutshell.”

Illegal border crossings have seen a 33% increase over the last month, and even a number of key Democrat figures are begging Biden and the White House administration for help.

Even as crime skyrockets and tens of thousands of migrants flood cities and overrun areas, Biden refuses to do anything to help America.

Joe Biden cares more about foreign citizens than the American people.

Biden might be fooling himself but even as more Democrats call for a change, will Biden listen?

This is not an issue that can be ignored anymore.

This is also not an issue for just the border states.

The troubling border crisis has extended to all parts of America and is affecting the everyday American.

Regardless of opinions on immigration, everyone should be able to agree that the current administration’s approach to the border is terrible and harmful.

Speaking on rising prices of food, fuel, and almost everything else, Lazar said “in order to get those down, unfortunately, it classically does take an outright decline in economic activity or recession.”

“It will be painful. Mild recessions are an oxymoron. Recessions aren’t mild because the unemployment rate always increases.”

This is a scary reality for Americans even as they are being tricked by Biden.

Biden has been repeatedly lying to the American people and telling us that everything will be fine.

He keeps championing the “inflation reduction act” and boasting how much he is helping Americans.

He calls it “Bidenomics”, and the American people hate it.

While Biden continues to lie to the American people, other top officials are speaking the truth.

Even though it is refreshing to hear the truth, many Americans have been blindsided by the reality, as they believed Biden.

Lazar said that “in 2022 there was way too much government spending for an economy that was on a strong runway.”

This declaration comes just shortly after another top leader very similarly stated that the inflation and crippling economy was a direct result of over-the-top government spending.

Even as the average American continues to struggle, the Biden administration continues to spend.

They have no care for the citizens, and it is made increasingly.

This week, the first round of debates will take place for the Republican presidential primary.

But one man stands above the rest, and that’s former President Donald Trump.

He is far and away the most popular candidate, but he made an announcement that sent heads rolling.

Former President Donald Trump revealed on Sunday that he will not attend the Republican presidential primary debate in Milwaukee on Wednesday — and intimated that he may also skip the others.

“The public knows who I am & what a successful Presidency I had,” Trump announced on Truth Social Sunday. “I WILL THEREFORE NOT BE DOING THE DEBATES!”

It’s unclear whether the former president intends to skip every debate during the campaign.

In order to participate in the debates, the Republican National Committee has required each candidate to sign a promise to support the eventual nominee.

Trump has declined to sign the pledge.

For weeks, Trump has hinted that he will miss the debates, with reports over the weekend claiming that he has decided to meet with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson instead of participating in Wednesday’s debate in Milwaukee.

According to The New York Times, that interview has already been taped and will run online at the same time as the debate.

Recent polls compiled by RealClearPolitics show that the 45th president is currently at 55.5% and leading the Republican field by a margin of 41 percentage points.

His nearest rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, is trailing at 14.5%.

For months, Trump has said that his overwhelming lead over the Republican field means he has little to gain from participating in a debate.

Opponents have targeted the attitude, with one advertising from a DeSantis-supporting super PAC saying, “We can’t afford a nominee who is too weak to debate.”

“Why would I allow people at 1 or 2% and 0% to be hitting me with questions all night?” he said in June during a Fox News host and debate moderator Bret Baier.

“No one is entitled to this nomination, including Donald Trump. You have to show up and earn it,” a spokesperson for DeSantis’ campaign posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday.

Trump has flatly rejected such positions.

“It’s not a question of guts. It’s a question of intelligence,” he said in an interview with Eric Bolling of Newsmax.

House investigations are extremely common. Many times, they are used solely for political gain.

But this investigation exposed top Democrats’ secret plan for America.

A recent report has shown that House Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee are investigating tax-exempt groups tampering with elections.

An investigation has shown that there have been traces of election fraud and the funneling of foreign money in order to sway US elections.

House representatives Jason Smith and David Schweikert wrote an open letter than further elaborates on these concerns.

They believe that certain actions by tax-exempt groups may have funded fraudulent election activities.

“The Committee has learned that a Super Political Action Committee (PAC) recommended donations to 501(c)(3) organizations as ‘the single most effective tactic for ensuring Democratic victories’ and that large donations from a wealthy donor to state election offices in 2020 may have been done in a manner that helps one political party over another. Additionally, the Committee has also found that significant amounts of foreign money is flowing through 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations to influence elections.”

The letter sought input on the current congressional and IRS regulations regarding these areas.

They asked if there “any tax-exempt organizations whose voter education or registration activities you suspect might have had the effect of favoring a candidate or group of candidates which would constitute prohibited participation or intervention? If yes, please describes [sic] those activities?”

The representatives claimed that there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done in order to stop tax-exempt organizations working with Democrats to commit election fraud.

Rep. Tenney stated that she was “going to look into whether they’re abusing the IRS rules in order to get all kinds of money, whether it’s foreign money or Sam Bankman-Fried‘s mother funneling money in there to target certain types of voters in certain demographics in swing states to make sure that they get those vote votes in.”

In 2020, the Technology and Civic Life as well as the Center for Election Innovation and Research received a massive amount of election funding that unfairly benefited Democrat counties.

Both of these groups are funded heavily by Mark Zuckerberg who gave around 419 million dollars to them in 2020 for the election.

A report posted by the Government Accountability Foundation describes the funding as heavily favoring blue counties.

An average of $7.13 was spent per voter in blue counties whereas only an average of $1.91 was spent per voter in red counties.

The letter states, “We are concerned about the possibility that foreign nationals are influencing our elections by indirectly donating millions of dollars to organizations that spend on behalf of or against candidates for public office without concern about disclosure requirements that would shed light on how exactly their funds are being used.”

This is a frightening accusation in a time such as this.

With top Democrats heavily investigating election fraud themselves and with the recent indictment in Georgia, many wonder if this is the Democrat’s way of covering up their own election fraud.

Even as they try and point fingers at Trump and his supporters, Democrats are caught up in election fraud themselves.

A frightening realization for Americans as they feel that American democracy truly is under attack.

District Attorney Fani Willis has come under heavy fire since her recent indictment of Donald Trump and 18 others.

Now, Georgia state senator Colton Moore is calling for “an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis.”

Sen. Moore went on further to say, “America is under attack. I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.”

This call comes shortly after not only the indictment, but also other questionable actions by the DA and her office.

Before the grand jury had even voted to indict or not, a leak from the DA’s office showed the indictment before it had even been voted on.

The state senator published a public letter to the Georgia Governor asking a special session be held in order to investigate Fani Willis.

Late Monday, Willis held a press conference in which she stated her desire to have the trial within six months.

She also gave Trump and the 18 other defendants until August 25 to surrender themselves.

Many Americans are infuriated with the indictment calling the charges “hoax charges” and exclaiming that they are “politically charged.”

Sen. Moore feels he is doing the right thing by pushing for Willis’s impeachment and may agree.

Trump has called these prosecutions a “witch hunt” and has demanded justice for himself and the other defendants.

After the ruling was handed down, the Trump campaign emailed its supporters.

The email claimed that Willis came from a “family steeped in hate.”

While some might think those words are extreme, many agree and call for the impeachment of Willis.

Regardless of political opinion, it is blatantly obvious that Willis mishandled the entire indictment proceedings.

And it seems just as obvious that she has some other political agenda than seeing true justice in America.

During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, he used a number of different pseudonyms while communicating with Hunter Biden.

Many of these communications that were covered up were related to Ukraine and the Biden family’s dealings in Ukraine.

One such correspondence was sent to Joe Biden by a staffer and Hunter Biden was looped in on the message.

It was regarding meetings with Ukrainian officials.

Normally Hunter was not looped in on his father’s communications, but strangely he was looped in on a number that related to Ukraine specifically.

At this point in time, Hunter was on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company.

When Hunter Biden was looped in on conversations regarding Ukraine, a lot of time his father used a pseudonym.

The House Oversight Committee asked the National Archives for communications involving three such pseudonyms: Robert Peters, Robin Ware, and JRB.

These three pseudonyms all pertain to discussions regarding Ukrainian policies.

On top of discussing Ukraine policy with his son, another email shows a different conversation that “Robin Ware” (a Joe Biden alias) had with Hunter.

The email shows Hunter asking his father to help his friend, John McGrail, land a job.

When Hunter asks his father to consider his friend before filling the position, Joe responds, “Call me right away.”

A month later, John McGrail’s LinkedIn page showed he had started a new job in the vice president’s office.

Many of these emails containing aliases and pseudonyms directly contradict Joe Biden’s own words regarding his knowledge of Hunter Biden’s relations.

It is now clear beyond a shadow of a doubt that Joe Biden had much more involvement in his son’s dealings than he led on.

And these recent discoveries prove Joe Biden’s involvement.

With the committee’s request for more correspondences containing more of Joe Biden’s aliases, more information, and the American people will know the truth.

In a letter to the families of 9/11 victims from federal law enforcement, a potential plea deal was outlined.

In this plea deal, it outlines the possibility of removing the death penalty for five of the terrorist masterminds behind 9/11.

Many families are outraged after having waited so long for any sort of justice, just to have the option of the death penalty potentially removed.

Almost exactly 22 years after the horrific attacks, families are still waiting for any sort of finality, justice, verdict, or any hope that there would be an end to this tragic chapter of their lives.

One father of a firefighting victim said “How can you have any faith in it” saying that justice seems far off.

The US has let these families down the past 22 years and is now seemingly letting them down even more.

While the death penalty may be a controversial issue for some, the families of these victims do not think so.

“It is about holding people responsible, and they’re taking that away with this plea,” Peter Brady states.

His father was killed in the terrorist attacks, and he received the letter this week.

Many were optimistic by the letter after so many years of inactivity.

But, after seeing the contents, their hope quickly faded.

The idea of letting these terrorists live after what they have taken from so many families is absurd.

Another family member of a victim stated that the case “needs to go through the legal process” and not be settled in a plea deal that allows the terrorists off the hook.

According to a report, the 9/11 hearings are set to continue on September 18.

Just days after the 22nd anniversary of the tragic day.

Many families remain hopeful that the hearings will bring closure and justice.

But after the recent letter, it is hard to stay optimistic.

Americans are getting used to seeing Trump indicted by Democrats. But now they’re going after someone else in the crowded Republican field.

And another GOP candidate was hit with a criminal investigation.

Democrats can’t stand the idea of an America First conservative taking back power in 2024.

That’s why they’re so hellbent to use the legal system in any way they can to handicap the opposition.

So far, it’s only been Donald Trump that has been smacked with any concrete charges.

But, very soon, another GOP contender could be indicted on false charges.

Following the governor’s flight of scores of immigrants to Sacramento earlier this year, a Democratic California senator has echoed calls for a criminal inquiry on Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).

On Tuesday, Silicon Valley Assemblymember Evan Low presented a resolution calling for a federal inquiry and “accountability” for DeSantis’ use of the state’s program to transport immigrants to so-called sanctuary areas “under false pretenses.”

“All morally conscious Americans should be concerned that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and his agents – using Florida tax dollars – illegally trafficked vulnerable migrants across state lines,” Low said in a press statement introducing the resolution.

According to Concurrent Resolution 113 of the Florida Legislature, the “Legislature urges the United States Department of Justice to investigate Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for Florida’s Unauthorized Alien Transport Program; and be it further.”

“To lie and deceive human beings just trying to survive and support their families in order to transport them unknowingly to California for the purpose of scoring cheap political points is unconscionable, and these inhumane and illegal actions should be swiftly investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Low said.

DeSantis has exploited the program to move dozens of immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, and California, prompting state officials to call for several federal probes.

In June, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) called for an investigation after 36 Venezuelan and Colombian immigrants were dropped off in Sacramento from two flights, branding Florida Gov. Rick Scott a “small, pathetic man” on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Months later, Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois asked the Department of Justice to investigate the transportation of 49 immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard last year.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta requested documents related to migrant flights from Florida officials in June as part of an ongoing law enforcement investigation, emphasizing the importance of transparency in separate letters to DeSantis’ office and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.

In July, DeSantis labeled the California investigation “absurd” on Fox Business, saying that California is a sanctuary state with “benefits for illegal aliens.”

According to Low’s communications director, the new resolution has been sent to the proper committee or committees in the State Assembly for further action.

“Innocent people should not be used as pawns by immoral, power-hungry politicians like DeSantis,” Low said.

“I thank the California Department of Justice, California Attorney General Rob Bonta, Governor Gavin Newsom, and Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar for their quick action to investigate.”

Of course, this is all just political bluster. DeSantis has every right to use Florida taxpayer dollars to address the border crisis Democrats refuse to fix.

Tensions are mounting between Democrats and Republicans. Things have reached a boiling point.

And Republicans are demanding answers after a probe uncovers destroyed documents.

“Congress and the public deserve an answer,” states Ted Cruz.

Both House and Senate Republicans are raising their voices in frustration after the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has allegedly destroyed documents in relation to a Congressional probe.

“By deleting documents, the FTC likely violated federal law,” says Cruz.

In a recent letter to FTC Chair Lina Khan, Ted Cruz is joined by Rep James Comer and Rep Jim Jordan in calling for accountability and demanding answers.

“Congress and the public deserve an explanation of why the FTC improperly destroyed records, what records it improperly destroyed, and what steps will be taken to ensure it never happens again,” the letter said.

This letter is a year and half after Rep. Jordan claims the agency destroyed documents in relation to his inquiry.

The FTC had passed a new rule that would restrict and ban “private sector employers from requiring workers to sign noncompete clauses that restrict them working for competitors or starting new businesses that offer similar services for a period of time.”

Jordan stated that the rule “exceeds delegated authority and… violates basic American principles of federalism and free markets.”

When Jordan started to investigate and inquire regarding this ruling, he requested certain documents from the FTC.

The FTC replied by stating that they had “deleted material likely responsive to the committee’s requests.”

Coming from a top agency, this is absurd.

A government agency has deleted documents that might have provided helpful insight to a House committee.

A top Republican wrote, “Moreover, it suggests that the agency is not committed to complying with the law, and that it may continue to delete records that are relevant to ongoing investigations.”

When a former President and other top Republican officials have been facing lawsuits and criminal charges in relation to handling of sensitive documents, surely that means the FTC will receive strong punishment?

Most likely not.

The FTC, like many government agencies, is full of fraudulent and incompetent leaders.

This recent move has proven they are yet another government agency full of corruption.

“To date, the FTC has not adequately addressed concerns about its record retention policy,” the letter states.

This is a resounding and scary wake-up call for all Americans.

And a major FBI official pleads guilty to a disgraceful crime.

The FBI has been in and out of the news in recent years investigating presidents, former presidents, top aides, etc.

The hypocrisy of the Democrats has always been extreme.

When Donald Trump won the election in 2016, Democrats were quick to point to Russian collusion and have Trump investigated.

Not surprisingly, nothing turned up and the Democrats made fools of themselves.

However, a new development paints a very interesting picture.

An ex-FBI official who was a leading part in investigating Trump, has now pleaded guilty himself to conspiring with a Russian Oligarch.

This blows a hole in the Democrat’s angle.

For years they have been pushing their agenda and trying desperately to catch Trump in a lie or find any evidence of him colluding with Russia.

They have found nothing, and every investigation has cleared Trump completely.

Now, ironically, a leading FBI official who was tasked with the investigation of Trump has pled guilty to what he was investigating Trump for.

He has pled guilty to specifically “conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act” and “conspiring to commit money laundering”.

The reason for these acts was that the official, Charles McGonigal, was colluding with a Russian oligarch attempting to get him removed from the US sanctions list.

This FBI official has broken his vow to defend the Constitution and has been found guilty of doing the very thing Democrats wanted him to catch Donald Trump doing.

It is a strange turn of events from what Democrats surely hoped.

What is even stranger is that McGonigal is now the fourth FBI official investigating the Trump-Russia collusion to face criminal charges or be investigated.

McGonigal also faces multiple charges for receiving money from Russia to investigate a rival Russian oligarch.

All of their investigations have either turned nothing up, cleared Trump, or backfired and led to the investigation against them.
