Elon Musk, however, was not the only one who was outraged by Schiff’s ludicrous assertions.

Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald replied to Schiff’s tweet with “Aside from these made-up numbers: do you see how — to Democratic Party politicians — dictating to social media companies what they can and can’t platform, how they must censor, the role Democratic politicians play in all this, is just assumed as normal?”

Schiff’s tweet demonstrates that Democrats are willing to go to any length to stifle free expression on the Internet.

Overall, Adam Schiff is one of the most dishonest and despicable members of the House of Representatives.

Lying openly about “hate speech” is a standard tactic for the Left, which labels everyone who disagrees with them as “racist.”

Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter is a significant triumph for free expression.

For far too long, Big Tech has been a platform that has catered to liberals while repressing conservative voices.

For more than a year, political experts and GOP hacks have predicted a “red wave” or “red tsunami” that will sweep the GOP to power.

While Republicans barely retook the House, they fared poorly in the Senate, where Democrats retained control.

And, following the failure of a large red wave to materialize, the same pundits who predicted the wave in the first place are now attempting to assign blame.

As a result, they are understandably blaming Donald Trump.

Some, such as former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, believe Trump is “toxic.”

But none of these RINO pundits will accept that they were the ones who incorrectly projected a large red wave, and they are just as much to responsible as anyone else.

In fact, they absolutely missed the mark when it came to predicting a red tidal wave.

It was never going to happen in the first place.

While Christie and others may be correct that Trump is unpopular with specific groups, such as suburban women, the GOP establishment has a poor track record of victory (see Liz Cheney).

The plain fact is that having candidates who run on and fight for conservative ideals is the best-case scenario for Republicans.

And to have party leadership that isn’t continuously betraying the party’s base and the Constitution for petty political “gains.”

This was evident in Florida this year, as Governor Ron DeSantis and his allies successfully formed winning alliances based on issues and conservative beliefs.

In fact, a glance of Trump’s presidency reveals a successful one.

He kept more commitments to his followers and all voters than many Republican candidates could or would want to.

Donald Trump demonstrated that causes and principles are important.

At the same time, most commentators agree that it’s time to move on since Trump’s brand may be too tarnished for him to continue as the party’s leader.

If such is the case, who will carry the banner of the winning Republican coalitions?

Chris Christie seemed to believe it should be him.

That’s why he’s started making the rounds on chat shows.

The former governor recently appeared on ABC’s This Week and claimed that former President Donald Trump is the reason Democrats continue to win, not Republicans.

Christie said, “Bad candidates lose. Good candidates have a chance to win. And Herschel Walker was not a good candidate. And, you know, he wasn’t a good candidate because of a whole variety of issues that we saw that came out during the campaign.”

Christie added, “And on the Donald Trump side, I mean, you know, we all remember, in 2016, he said, if he got elected, there was going to be so much winning and winning and winning and winning, they’d get sick of winning. None of us knew at the time he was actually talking about the Democrats were going to do all that winning, not the Republicans. And that’s what he’s wrought. And Herschel Walker is his creation. And so he’s got to own the fact that Herschel Walker so vastly underperformed in a state as — as we saw earlier, every other Republican running statewide won, except for Herschel Walker. You know what that tells you? Bad candidate.”

While many feel Christie is criticizing his former ally in order to position himself as the GOP’s “heir apparent,” the reality is that he would be a disaster for the party.

If not Trump, the best option for a GOP flag bearer is someone like Ron DeSantis, Rand Paul, or Kristi Noem.

In other words, someone who has demonstrated the ability to stand on principle and fight for it when it matters most.

The FBI is steeped in controversy. Details are seeping out that show the Bureau specifically targeted conservatives.

And Merrick Garland is terrified after an FBI agent exposed this enormous scandal.

After a game-changing lawsuit against Big Tech and the government, the FBI’s role in another significant scandal has come to light.

Missouri Attorney General Erich Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry launched a complaint against the Biden administration, accusing officials of breaching the First Amendment by collaborating with Big Tech to restrict issues such as the pandemic and the 2020 election.

A federal judge ordered that the Republican Attorneys General could proceed with their case by subpoenaing Biden officials and Big Tech employees to testify in depositions as part of pre-trial discovery.

Elvis Chan, the FBI’s assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Cyber Branch in San Francisco, was one of the officials deposed in the case.

Chan informed lawyers that he managed a “command post” for the FBI in San Francisco during the fall of 2020 to coordinate the Bureau’s nationwide censorship activities against disinformation.

Disinformation is the Left’s buzzword for communication that they dislike and believe should be banned by Big Tech.

According to Chan, the censoring effort included FBI field offices, federal prosecutors, and FBI and Justice Department lawyers.

His office would make the final decision on contacting Big Tech companies to delete anything that was purportedly misinformation or broke a company’s ambiguous terms of service agreement.

“We would receive some responses from the social media companies,” Chan said. “I remember in some cases they would relay that they had taken down the posts. In other cases, they would say that this did not violate their terms of service.”

Chan’s deposition is the most damning evidence yet that the FBI was collaborating with Big Tech to intervene in the 2020 election.

The activities of the FBI, according to the incoming Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer (R-KY), are troubling.

“Should be very concerning to everyone who cares about the First Amendment, who cares about civil liberties,” Comer told Just the News. “This is wrong.”

Comer stated that the FBI’s meddling in elections might be stopped by closing a loophole in the Hatch Act.

The Hatch Act prohibits government employees from engaging in most sorts of partisan political action.

“This should be a violation of the Hatch Act,” Comer said. “Apparently, there’s a loophole in the Hatch Act that doesn’t impact social media. We’re going to change that legislation next year.”

In court records, Republican Attorneys General revealed that Chan and another FBI agent implicated in the censoring operation made political contributions to various Democratic candidates.

Comer stated that censorship will be a top issue for his Committee in the coming year.

“We’re going to do everything we can to hold people accountable, because there’s no excuse for what the FBI has done with respect to limiting speech,” Comer said.

Elvis Chan’s testimony is yet another blot on the FBI’s reputation.

President Joe Biden stunned everyone when he traded the dangerous Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, dubbed “The Merchant of Death,” for the progressive WNBA player Brittney Griner.

Griner was caught in February at a Russian airport for possessing marijuana vaping paraphernalia and sentenced to nine years in prison.

Bout was jailed in 2011 on terrorism and conspiracy to kill Americans charges after selling anti-aircraft missiles to a Marxist terrorist group in Colombia.

His actions, which included selling weapons all over the world and violating international sanctions, made him one of the world’s most sought men at the time of his arrest in 2008.

Because of her status as a black, lesbian, America-hating social justice activist and basketball star, Griner’s homecoming became a crusade for Democrats.

During the radical left-wing George Floyd protests in 2020, she previously advocated for the WNBA to discontinue playing the National Anthem before games.

According to The Washington Post, the prisoner trade is attracting significant condemnation from all sides, including officials within Biden’s Department of Justice.

“If she were my relative, I would want to do the swap,” an anonymous Justice Department official said. “But trading a notorious international arms dealer for a basketball player is madness.”

According to the Post, Biden Justice Department officials believed the trade was a bad bargain due of the gap in crimes committed by Griner and Bout.

Federal law enforcement has long advocated for “like for like” prisoner exchanges, in which people of equivalent rank or offenses are swapped.

Former DEA agent Robert Zachariasiewicz, who worked the Bout investigation, believes the exchange will further empower the Russians.

“We just showed that it is really useful to have an American in your back pocket because you never know when you need them to trade,” Zachariasiewicz said.

The precedent has now been set that unfriendly countries can use American citizens to pressure President Biden into releasing their most vicious prisoners.

The Biden administration is also under fire for failing to return US Marine Paul Whelan, who has been imprisoned in Russia on espionage allegations since 2018.

David Whelan, Paul’s brother, said he “can’t fathom” how his brother feels about not being included in the Griner prisoner exchange.

“Despite the possibility that there might be an exchange without Paul, our family is still devastated,” David said. “I can’t even fathom how Paul will feel when he learns. Paul has worked so hard to survive nearly 4 years of this injustice.”

According to multiple reports, the Kremlin gave Biden the option, but he selected Griner over Whelan in the Bout swap.

In the eyes of many Americans, the immigration crisis is the number one problem we have. But Biden is only making it worse.

Because now Joe Biden has signed sanctuary orders that will utterly floor you.

Nothing demonstrates President Biden’s “seriousness” about “border security” (bringing in as many illegal aliens as he can get away with) like “sanctuary country” — except that the administration has drastically reduced the number of illegals deported from towns and cities across the country, some by more than 90 percent.

Shocked? We’re not.

Biden’s Department of Homeland Security, led by serial liar Alejandro Mayorkas, who claims the southern border is secure, approved so-called “sanctuary country” orders, ensuring that the majority of the country’s 11-22 million illegal aliens are not eligible for arrest and deportation by ICE.

The directives, which are just another indication of the Democrats’ desire to change our country’s (vote) demographics, are now being challenged in court.

When comparing months in 2021 to the same period in 2019, available data obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies show that the Biden administration has reduced deportations of illegal immigrants in all but two of the country’s most populous counties.

Most notably, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security dropped deportations by more than 90% in four of the top 50 most populous counties: Plymouth County, Massachusetts; Gwinnett County, Georgia; Kankakee County, Illinois; and Bergen County, New Jersey. New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Illinois are examples of sanctuary states.

Consider those statistics for a moment. 11-22 million individuals?

Aside from the fact that 22 million is more than double 11 million (why the disparity? ), the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) reported at the end of October that more than 5.5 million illegal immigrants have crossed the border since Biden took office.

Remember, this is the number apprehended. How many “getaways” crossed the border at once? For the sake of argument, let’s say the total was “only” one million.

As a result, 6.5 million or more illegal immigrants have entered the country in the last two years, compared to the estimated 11-22 million already there.

With Democrats in command of the White House for at least another two years, illegal immigration will continue to expand to astonishing proportions.

Furthermore, there has been a 57% decrease in deportations for illegal aliens accused of murder, a 75% decrease for those accused of kidnapping, a 91% decrease for those accused of sex crimes, a 60% decrease for those suspected of sexual assault, and an 86 percent decrease for those accused of burglary.

Joe Biden, care to explain?

Finally, the Biden Border Crisis is predicted to escalate soon.

Border agents are detecting an increase in illegals at the southern border as Title 42 comes to an end in less than two weeks.

The order, which was issued during Trump’s presidency, has allowed for the speedy deportation of illegal immigrants at the border.

However, it is slated to expire on December 21 after a court decision found that it was illegal, raising widespread concerns of another surge on top of the present one.

In 2018, James Biden earned $65,000 a month from a Chinese consulting firm.

And somewhere in the middle, everyone knows Joe Biden made a quick profit off his name and title as Vice President of the United States.

Finally, one Republican Congressman dared to state the obvious.

Representative James Comer of Kentucky informed Sean Hannity that the Chinese and Russians have compromised Joe Biden.

When asked if he believes Biden is compromised, Comer unleashed this bombshell.

I fear that he is, especially if you look at energy policy. The worst deal that the Biden family made was the deal with China where they were trying to help China get their foot in the door on the American energy industry. Energy policy is national security and Joe Biden could be compromised because of the millions of dollars he’s received from China through his family’s influence peddling.

But it’s gone too far now as Clarence Thomas was attacked on CNN in this most egregious way.

Anita Hill, the woman who falsely accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during his 1991 confirmation hearings, was recently interviewed by CNN host Chris Wallace, who commiserated with her over how the unfounded claims failed to torpedo his nomination.

Wallace charged Thomas for “playing the race card” in responding to Hill’s attacks.

“Right. Okay. Well, Clarence Thomas responded, and I think it’s fair to say that he played the race card, and he played it hard. Again, take a look,” Wallace began.

During the proceedings, Thomas accused Senator Joe Biden and other Democrats of carrying out a “high-tech lynching for uppity blacks.”

“This is a circus, a national disgrace. And from my standpoint, as a black American, as far as I’m concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves,” Thomas said back in 1991.

Hill retaliated by punching Thomas and accusing him of attempting to assault a black woman.

“Well there are two things with Thomas, it was the idea that he could play the race card as the victim against a black woman who well, you know, came from the same history whose family had been threatened with lynching,” Hill said.

“Real lynching, not high tech lynching, whatever that was supposed to mean,” Hill remarked, “and that he could be successful.”

Wallace expressed sympathy for Hill and described the hearings as a cultural benchmark.

He also claimed that Hill was the victim because the Senate subsequently confirmed Thomas by a vote of 52 to 48.

“But what struck in addition to that, what struck millions of people who were riveted to the television, and I can’t overstate what a big cultural event this was, was the way you were treated by the 14 white men, Republicans and Democrats,” Wallace added.

Hill’s charges sparked a 30-year smear campaign against Clarence Thomas that is still going on today.

The latest round of attacks on Justice Thomas involves Democrats accusing his wife Ginni of treason because she persuaded President Trump to contest the 2020 election results.

CNN is now attempting to assist Anita Hill in retconning her attempt to derail Thomas’ appointment to the Supreme Court by rewriting history to portray her as the aggrieved party.

Donald Trump is hoping to regain some of the momentum he had in 2016 ahead of his 2024 bid. But there’s a different crop of Republicans this time around.

And Trey Gowdy threw a wrench at Donald Trump’s plans that left Trump red with rage.

Tim Scott, a Republican senator from South Carolina, is thought to be considering a presidential run in 2024.

Scott, like other potential 2024 contenders, established a 501c(4) non-profit to fund his political efforts.

Scott’s organization, Opportunity Matters Network, has an unexpected director in former Congressman Trey Gowdy.

According to POLITICO:

The group affiliated with South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott (R), Opportunity Matters Network, raised about $1 million in 2021, during which it gauged “different target audiences’ potential response” to policy initiatives, cultivated its email list, and developed advertising. Two of the group’s directors are former Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and businessman Ben Navarro, who has given millions to a pro-Scott super PAC.

After leaving Congress in 2019, Gowdy was a Trump loyalist who explored joining his legal team amid the Ukraine impeachment hoax.

But Gowdy has known Scott for a long time.

They co-wrote a book about opportunity and politics in 2018.

Then, in 2020, during a phone interview with South Carolina’s Post and Courier newspaper, Gowdy backed the idea of Scott running for President, saying the Senator’s voice was sorely “needed” in American politics.

“I think he views himself as a preacher trapped in the United States Senate, and I view him as someone whose message is desperately needed in this political environment and the one going forward,” Gowdy mentioned.

Scott is also popular with establishment leaders such as RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and his staff.

Scott has already taken votes on gun regulation that have enraged conservatives.

In 2016, he voted to increase mental health funding, which gun grabbers might exploit to deny law-abiding Americans’ Second Amendment rights by labeling them “crazy.”

He used woke identity politics to derail one of Donald Trump’s conservative judicial choices.

Following the killing of George Floyd, Scott attempted to reach an agreement with Democrats to put Nancy Pelosi and other leftists in charge of police tactics and make it easier for criminals to sue police officers into bankruptcy.

Those talks fell apart when the Republican base revolted.

However, Tim Scott appears to be preparing to run for President in 2024.

And Trey Gowdy, who irritated conservatives by supporting red flag laws and warrantless FBI snooping, appears to be on board.

Following the Midterm elections, a flurry of polling data shows that a significant part of the Republican Party is seeking for a new leader in 2024.

Many conservatives blame former President Donald Trump’s endorsements in key Senate and gubernatorial elections, as well as his choice, to keep nearly $75 million donated from supporters for the express purpose of winning those races, for the GOP’s dismal Midterm performance.

While Trump is one of the frontrunners in the Republican Presidential Primary for 2024, he is not the clear leader of the pack, as many – including himself – expected.

This is because surveys from various battleground states are routinely showing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ahead of Trump.

What was truly stunning was a recent Hinckley Institute/Deseret News poll, which showed the former President trailing not just Governor DeSantis, but also Never-Trump RINO Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) in a prospective 2024 Utah GOP Primary.

“If the Republican presidential primary were held today, only 14.6% of Utahns would vote for the former president,” Deseret News reported. “Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis topped the list at 24.2%, followed by Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, who lost her reelection bid to a Trump-endorsed candidate, at 16.4%. Former Vice President Mike Pence and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz both had 6%, while former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley came in at 3.7%.”

“In the poll, 20.7% of respondents didn’t know who they would vote for and 8.5% would choose another candidate,” the report continued. “Those results reflect all voters regardless of party affiliation.”

“His power, his command over the Republican Party seems to be waning to the point that when you ask Utah Republicans if they would consider a different candidate, they clearly would,” Hinckley Institute Director Jason Perry told the Deseret News.

“There was a time when conservative candidates wanted his endorsement and felt that they needed a Trump endorsement to be reelected,” he added. “That is not the case now.”

To be honest, Utah was never one of Trump’s strongest states.

Never-Trump Mitt Romney, a founding father, represents Utah in the Senate, and Trump’s style has never worked well there.

Trump finished third in the 2016 Utah Caucus, receiving only 14% of the vote, while Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) received 69%.

And Donald Trump couldn’t believe his eyes when Fox News announced this resignation.

Former President Donald Trump’s intention to run for president a third time sent shockwaves through the political world.

As a result, Fox News had to make one major alteration to its on-air talent lineup.

Lara Trump, the former President’s daughter-in-law, is no longer a paid contributor to Fox News.

Lara is married to Eric Trump, the former President’s son.

The network has a policy of not hiring anyone who is running for office or has a close relationship with a political candidate.

“We appreciate Lara’s valuable contributions across Fox News Media programming,” a Fox News spokesperson said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times.

Lara Trump was a frequent guest on Fox News programming before becoming a paid contributor in March 2021.

On prominent Fox News shows like Hannity, she was known for being a staunch supporter of her father-in-law.

But Lara hasn’t been on Fox News since November 15, when her father-in-law launched his third Presidential campaign.

Her departure comes as the Murdoch family, which controls Fox News, The New York Post, and The Wall Street Journal, is opposed to Trump running for President again.

The Murdochs are reportedly backing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in the Republican Presidential Primary in 2024.

The New York Post and Wall Street Journal have openly criticized Trump’s bid for a second term in office.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Lara Trump’s departure was amicable, and she could still appear on the network as a guest without getting rewarded.

Now that she’s left Fox News, Lara could return to her previous job as a major surrogate for her father-in-law’s Presidential campaign.

Lara Trump acted as a prominent campaign surrogate during the 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns, making appearances across the country and building support among female voters.

With other members of Donald Trump’s family withdrawing from his 2024 presidential candidacy, Lara may have an opportunity.

Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, have stated that they will not run for President this time after working as prominent White House advisers throughout the Trump administration.

While they are walking away from politics, Lara Trump appears to be interested in creating a career out of politics.

She was rumored to be seriously considering a Senate run in her home state of North Carolina this year before ruling it out – though, with a gubernatorial election in 2024 and RINO Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) up for re-election in 2026, she has plenty of other opportunities in the state in the near future.

Lara Trump is now free to join her father-in-law’s Presidential campaign as he runs for re-election.

In the polls, Ron DeSantis is now the Republican nominee for President in 2024. The Florida Governor is keeping his plans under wraps.

And Ron DeSantis made a major announcement that has many eyeing the 2024 presidential election.

After ignoring Joe Biden’s lockdown orders and banning masks and vaccine mandates, Ron DeSantis rapidly became the most popular Republican elected person in the country.

However, DeSantis became a rock star among Republican voters when he demonstrated how to defeat the woke Left.

He deleted all references to Critical Race Theory from the curriculum, prohibited biological males from competing against girls, and prohibited teachers from teaching students about gender and sexuality.

Before the midterm elections, Donald Trump led the Presidential Primary surveys, with DeSantis in second place.

Many Republicans, however, blame Trump and the candidates he sponsored for the GOP’s poor performance in the midterm elections.

Even though the red wave never materialized on Election Day, a red tidal wave swept into Florida, with DeSantis winning by nearly 20 points, capturing a supermajority in the legislature, and turning the state fully red.

DeSantis’ outstanding performance has elevated him to the top of the GOP primary race.

The Governor is keeping his plans private, but he is making all of the motions that a potential contender would do, such as publishing an autobiography in February.

DeSantis will be inaugurated for a second term on January 3, 2019.

However, DeSantis’ celebration is not usual.

Instead, he’s extending the event over two days to acquire access to the GOP’s biggest fundraisers.

According to POLITICO:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s inauguration celebration is expected to be spread out over two days — and will give up-close access to donors willing to contribute between $50,000 and $1 million, according to a breakdown of sponsorship packages.

Five donors who give $1 million to the Republican Party of Florida will be recognized as “inaugural chair” sponsors who will receive tickets to a candlelight dinner the night before the inauguration, VIP seating at the inauguration ceremony held on the steps of the Old Capitol as well tickets to the inaugural ball and a “Toast to One Million Mamas,” the campaign group put together by first lady Casey DeSantis and a photo opportunity with the governor.

Other packages — which range in size from $500,000 all the way down to $25,000 — also give access to many of the same events but donors won’t receive as many tickets.

DeSantis has already demonstrated his ability to raise funds.

DeSantis broke national fundraising records during his re-election campaign, raising more than $200 million.

DeSantis will also get the opportunity to drink and dine with the Republican Party’s most important members on January 3.
