In a statement announcing a “MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT,” Donald Trump said that the country was going through a difficult period and needed a “new superhero.”

People anticipated hearing an endorsement.

They had no idea what would happen next.

The “official Donald Trump Digital Trading Card collection” was unveiled by Trump.

Now think twice before you try to buy one because he has already run out.

That’s right, Trump received $99 for each of the 45,000 cards he sold.

A remarkable achievement that generated sales of around $4.5 million.

But right after his “MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT,” he did something else unimaginable.

He declared war on censorship while everyone was denouncing his decision to sell these absurd cards, with which he is laughing all the way to the bank with.

Trump’s 6-minute statement on Truth Social began, “If we don’t have free speech, then we just don’t have a free country, it’s that simple.”

After that, he declared that he was prepared to reveal his “plan to topple the left-wing censorship regime.”

The former President started talking about recent “bombshell reports” that emerged on Twitter.

These studies, according to Trump, “have confirmed that a sinister group of deep state bureaucrats, Silicon Valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and a depraved corporate news media have been conspiring to manipulate in silence the American people,” he claims.

The censorship cartel “must be dismantled and destroyed,” he declares.

An executive order prohibiting “any federal department or agency from colluding with any organization, business, or person to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens” would be Trump’s first move.

“Order the Department of Justice to investigate all parties involved in the new online censorship regime, which is absolutely destructive and terrible, and to aggressively prosecute any and all crimes identified,” is his second step.

The federal civil rights legislation, campaign finance laws, federal election laws, and antitrust laws are only a few of the laws he identified as having been broken.

Trump claims that he would “ask Congress to send a bill [his] desk to revise Section 230 to get big online platforms out of the censorship business” in his third statement.

Companies should only be granted this immunity protection, according to him, if they adhere to “standards of neutrality, transparency, fairness, and nondiscrimination.”

Fourth, Trump declared his intention to dismantle the primarily nonprofit and academic-based censoring business.

He says that the US must “immediately stop funding all nonprofits that support this authoritarian project” of characterizing information as false and misleading.

If institutions are shown to be engaging in censorship, his recommendation is that they “should lose federal research dollars and federal student loan support.”

Trump proposed a “Digital Bill of Rights” that should include a “right to digital due process,” which was the fifth point.

According to him, there shouldn’t be a back door method for removing information from people’s accounts by government organizations.

All consumers above the age of 18 should have the option to receive an unaltered stream of information, according to him.

As a conclusion, Trump declared that the struggle for free expression is “a matter of victory or death and for the survival of western civilization itself” and vowed to “rip out” the censorship system in order to preserve the country.

If only he had done the trading cards first and not the other way around, detracting from his more significant statement, all Americans would have been glad to hear what he had to say.

Representative Tony Gonzales, who sits in the US House of Representatives and represents Texas’ 23rd District, is one such lawmaker.

According to Rep. Gonzales, “It is a dire situation in El Paso. As you know, the city declared a state of emergency. This is something you do when there’s a hurricane, a fire, an earthquake. What is happening is it’s a hurricane of migrants, and everyone is impacted. I represent 823 miles of the southern border.”

Gonzales went on to note that he was “just in El Paso a few days ago, and what I saw at the migrant center I had never seen before. I have visited the processing center there many times. What I saw were hundreds, over 500 migrants in a pod.”

When asked about how to solve this crisis, Rep. Gonzales said “Throwing money at a problem does not solve a problem. You can have an unlimited amount of soft-sided facilities. The problem is enforcing the laws already on the books.”

Gonzales noted that just wanting a better life doesn’t mean immigrants should get asylum status.

“I’d also argue the bulk of people that are coming over are just trying to live a better life. I get that. They’re coming here for economic opportunities. But that doesn’t qualify for asylum.”

Gonzales is entirely correct to note that many of these unauthorized immigrants are coming to this country for financial motives, which is not a valid justification for asylum claims.

In actuality, a large number of these illegal immigrants are doing so to obtain employment.

It is unsafe and foolish to permit large numbers of people to enter the country without proper documentation.

At the border, smuggling of drugs, people, and guns is highly widespread, and allowing people to cross unchecked facilitates the entry of all of this illegal cargo into the US.

America needs a strong border now more than ever, but Joe Biden doesn’t seem to care at all, claiming there are “more important things” going on to excuse his inability to go to the border.

House Republicans ought to make questioning the Biden administration about their unwillingness to keep America safe a key focus during the upcoming legislative session.

If nothing is done about the southern border, it could be the undoing of the foundation of America as we know it.

The Florida GOP was also able to ride the Governor’s coattails statewide, gaining seats in both the state House and state Senate to earn large majorities in both, and leaving Democrats impotent to resist DeSantis’ Freedom First program.

With strong Republican majorities on his side, Governor DeSantis is primed to tally up more triumphs for freedom in Florida during the next legislative session.

Sunshine State gun rights enthusiasts have been fighting for years to pass constitutional carry legislation.

Constitutional carry, or permitless carry, would allow Florida gun owners to use their Second Amendment right to carry a concealed weapon without a government permission slip in the form of a concealed carry permit.

Even though the Republican Party has controlled the Florida state legislature and the Governor’s office for many years, RINOs have worked to defeat the bill in recent legislative sessions.

When asked early this year about constitutional carry in Florida, Governor DeSantis indicated that if legislators “put it on my desk,” he’ll sign it.

Now, DeSantis is ready to score a significant legislative triumph for gun owners next year.

DeSantis was asked about enacting constitutional carry next year with a massive Republican majority in the state legislature during a press conference with incoming Republican House Speaker Paul Renner.

“I’ll let Paul answer that,” DeSantis said. “I’m ready, so are you guys gonna do it?”

“Yes,” Renner answered with a smile.

Governor DeSantis restated his support for constitutional carry the following year at another press conference.

“I’ve never been asked that before,” DeSantis joked. “Basically, this was something that I’ve always supported. The last two years it wasn’t a priority for legislative leadership.”

During the last legislative session, the outgoing Speaker of the House obstructed the constitutional carry.

“[Incoming Speaker Paul Renner] pledged publicly that’s moving forward and it’ll be something that will be done in the regular session,” DeSantis added. “We’ll get that done.”

Florida would become the 26th state to enact constitutional carry, ensuring that the majority of states have the law.

With the passage of constitutional carry, Ron DeSantis is on the approach of delivering a big victory for gun owners and freedom next year.

Radical left-wing California Governor Gavin Newsom formed a first-of-its-kind “Reparations Task Force” to devise a means for black Californians to get paid to rectify what Democrats call the “housing wealth gap.”

“We are looking at reparations on a scale that is the largest since Reconstruction,” Jovan Scott Lewis, a Berkley professor, and task force member claimed.

Democrats have campaigned for Congress to adopt a “reparations study,” but the bill has yet to gain much traction.

California argues that discriminatory housing regulations in the Democrat-controlled state are causing black residents to lose wealth.

The task committee is investigating who should receive California public money and how much they should receive, which is leading the plan to an unsettling place.

According to outside consultants, the state might pay more than $200,000 per recipient, costing the state at least $559 billion.

Only black residents whose ancestors lived in the country throughout the nineteenth century were considered to be eligible by the task team.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News blasted California for the irrationality of its reparations scheme.

“It’s been a long time — it’s been more than 150 years since slavery,” Carlson said.

“So at this point, there are plenty of white people in America who are descended from slaves, and there are plenty of black people in America who are descended from slave owners.”

The great duration of time that has elapsed since slavery has tripped Democrats up regarding who should be eligible for reparations.

Some left-wing activists want it for all black citizens, regardless of ancestral ties to slavery.

“So how do you know who qualifies for government reparations?” Carlson inquired. “Well, of course, there is only one way to find out: that is old-fashioned Nazi race science.”

Carlson said that under the California proposal, the only method to ascertain if someone was a slave decedent would be Orwellian DNA testing, which would allow California to “certify” someone as qualified for the scheme.

“Do we really want to go there?” Carlson asked. “Do we really want to do that? Amazingly, liberals really do.”

California’s reparations program would allow Democrats to demonstrate their “wokeness,” but it’s really just more evidence that they’re the true bigots.

More specifically, the FBI asked Twitter to remove a New York Post story published just before the 2020 election that would have been extremely detrimental to Hunter and Joe Biden.

Now that these actions are being disclosed, Americans are simmering with wrath and are properly demanding action.

House Republicans are on the case, and one in particular, Darrell Issa of California, has said something that has Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice trembling.

On Fox News’ Fox News Rundown podcast, Rep. Issa claimed that “The one thing that we see with the mainstream media is they want to treat it as old news, rather than covered-up reporting.”

He then said, “I mean, the fact is, the mainstream media was very willing to accept this as Russian misinformation or any other excuse to not report it, and now that we’ve discovered that it was intentionally stifled by, quite frankly, the Department of Justice, in concert with social media, they don’t want to cover that story.”

He then concluded with “But that’s the largest story of our time. If you can eliminate the reporting of valid news, or, for that matter, kill anything you don’t like, then why are we any different than China, Russia, or Iran?”

Rep. Darrell Issa is totally correct in comparing the Department of Justice’s activities to those of authoritarian regimes like as China and Iran.

The banning of news reporting in order to help a specific candidate win an election is, at best, nefarious, and the American people ought to know more.

People should be imprisoned for these behaviors, which are both un-American and criminal.

The worrying part is that this is likely only the tip of the iceberg.

Without a doubt, there are many more controversies like this one that has yet to be uncovered.

Because Maxine Waters has been CAUGHT red-handed in this shocking money embezzlement scheme.

Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) has established a political machine in her California district that has rendered her practically untouchable for over 45 years.

That amount of authority has certainly led Rep. Waters to believe she can do whatever she wants, even if it means arranging to have campaign cash appear in the bank accounts of her family members.

For decades, one of the worst-kept secrets in Washington, D.C. has been Rep. Waters’ mastery at utilizing “public service” to make not only herself a millionaire, but also everyone around her.

The Los Angeles Times revealed in 2004 that Waters had channeled more than $1 million to members of her family during the previous eight years.

When the paper asked Rep. Waters about the money, she simply said “We don’t have to answer your questions. We are not bad people.”

Even though the corporate-controlled media briefly mentions the pretty obvious ethics infractions in passing, the story is usually always swept out of sight as soon as it appears.

It appears that it is now time for the annual check-in on the Waters Crime Family’s enrichment program.

According to a Fox Business story based on a Federal Elections Commission filing by Citizens for Waters, Rep. Maxine Waters’ campaign paid her daughter, Karen, and her company, Progressive Connections, an additional $8,000 in September.

This $8,000 payment takes the total amount channeled to Karen Waters and her company via her mother’s campaign this year to almost $50,000.

And the total amount paid to the Congresswoman’s daughter by the Waters campaign since 2003 has now surpassed $1 million.

The report went on to explain that the payments to Karen Waters are apparently recompense for coordinating “slate-mailing operations” for her mother’s campaigns.

The only difficulty, as Fox Business pointed out, is that slate-mailing campaigns are extremely uncommon in federal elections.

The practice is so uncommon that Maxine Waters was the only federal candidate to use slate mailing in the 2020 general election.

“Slate-mailing is an uncommon practice in federal elections, where a consulting firm is hired to create a pamphlet of sorts that contains a list of candidates or policy measures and advises voters how to cast their ballots,” Fox Business reports. “Rep. Waters, the U.S. House Financial Services Committee chairwoman, was reportedly the only federal politician to use a slate-mailer operation during the 2020 general election.”

So, obviously, these payments – and all the others Maxine Waters has routed to family members for nearly two decades – are completely legal.

Why else would Maxine Waters be the only federal candidate in the 2020 election to use slate mailing, which her daughter has provided for more than a million dollars over the last two decades?

She is far from the only member of Congress who gives money to family members.

“Both Democrats and Republicans have paid relatives with campaign contributions over the years,” Fox Business added. “In 2020, OpenSecrets published a piece showing incumbent politicians in Congress on both sides of the aisle lavishing their family members with campaign cash. While it is legal for federal lawmakers to employ family members on campaigns, the practice is generally frowned upon by ethics experts.”

“House Majority Whip James Clyburn, D-S.C., also has a history of shelling out campaign money to his family members, including his daughters and grandson, who received thousands in campaign cash this election cycle,” the article stated.

Clearly, the House and Senate Ethics Committees need to get their hands dirty and begin conducting investigations.

But it’s probably better not to hang your breath on that given that we’re talking about the Washington, D.C. Swamp.

In addition, the 45th President of the United States launched his own social media network, Truth Social.

Trump is the centerpiece and key engine of traffic on Truth Social – with 4.75 million followers.
Trump’s reappearance?

Things have changed in the nearly two years afterward, with Elon Musk now controlling Twitter.

One of the world’s richest men has greenlit the return of Trump to the Big Tech giant – nevertheless, the entertainment and real estate billionaire so far has decided to remain exclusive to his Truth Social platform.

With Trump running for president a third time, many political experts believe he would ultimately return to Twitter, where he has about 89 million followers — roughly 20 times his Truth Social following.

Rep. Adam Schiff of California and a few of his Democratic colleagues in Congress are now working to ensure that Trump does not have the same opportunity with Facebook.

According to Newsmax, Schiff is begging with Meta/Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg, along with Democrats Rep. André Carson of Indiana, Rep. Kathy Castor of Florida, and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, to keep Trump off the site.

“His (Trump’s) rhetoric can only be used to incite violence,” the four Democrats wrote to Zuckerberg. “It is Meta’s responsibility to keep such vitriol off its platforms.”

Meta/Facebook just referenced to an old blog post from Meta’s President of Global Affairs, Kick Clegg, in response to the letter.

According to Clegg’s tweet, the business will reconsider Trump’s indefinite suspension in January 2023.

According to Clegg, Meta/Facebook would contact “experts” to determine whether Trump is a “risk to public safety.”

To do so, the “experts” will examine “incidents of violence, restrictions on peaceful assembly, and other indicators of civil unrest.”

Clegg stated that if “experts” believe Trump’s mere presence on Facebook constitutes a “serious risk to public safety,” the ban will be extended for “a set period of time” and re-evaluated “until that risk has receded.”

Of course, radical leftists calling for the stalking and assassination of Republican-appointed Supreme Court Justices remain active on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, because words are only violent if they do not match the Left’s desired narrative.

“No American should be forced by our government to pay for someone else’s abortion,” Cloud told The Daily Caller. “The Biden administration is abusing its authority and ignoring the law to enforce a radical anti-life agenda. The VA should remain committed to providing care to support the lives of our veterans, not be used as a political tool by the Biden administration to illegally provide taxpayer-funded abortions.”

The CRA empowers Congress to approve a resolution blocking federal agency rules.

The Senate version of the CRA was introduced by Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL).
